Ferg & Harris Speyside 12 Year Old PX Finish Single Malt Scotch 700ml

Ferg & Harris Speyside 12 Year Old is the core-range single malt from the Edinburgh independent bottler, bottled at cask strength, 55.7% ABV.

Distilled in 2010 at an undisclosed Speyside distillery, it matured first in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels.

It was then finished for six months in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.

It shows toffee, baked figs and rich raisins, followed by a burst of sherry sweetness.

Its white label with blue bird artwork makes it a striking bottle, and it earned an IWSC gold medal.

Scotch whisky must be distilled and matured in Scotland for at least three years in oak casks, and any age statement on the label refers to the youngest whisky in the bottle.
