Fiorente is an Italian elderflower liqueur from Distillerie Francoli, bottled at 20% ABV (40 proof). It debuted in 2014 as the first international Italian elderflower liqueur brand.
It is made with wild elderflowers from the Alpine foothills, with mint, lemon and lime, on a grape spirit base.
It pours a pale gold with a faint green tinge, with a floral, honeyed elderflower nose, a hint of cut grass and mint, and notes of grapefruit and pineapple.
The palate is clean and zesty, with lemon peel and mint keeping the floral sweetness fresh.
Its elegant, vintage-style label makes it a lovely gift for anyone who loves spritzes and floral cocktails.

How to Enjoy It
Fiorente makes a classic Hugo spritz with prosecco, soda water, fresh mint and lime. It adds a floral lift to a gin and tonic, a French 75, a gimlet or a vodka collins, and it is lovely in an elderflower martini with gin and dry vermouth. On its own, serve it chilled over ice with a twist of lemon. For a party punch, mix it with white wine, sparkling water, cucumber and strawberries. Drizzle it over fruit salad, sorbet or panna cotta, or pair it with goat cheese salads and light seafood. For a gathering, chill the bottle and set out glasses, ice and garnishes so guests can serve themselves. A bottle also makes a thoughtful host gift for a dinner party or the holidays. Keep the bottle in a cool, dark place after opening.
