The 2025 Winter Blend starts with reposado aged in ex-American whiskey casks. Secondary maturation uses ex-Madeira French oak casks and Italian Passito di Caluso wine casks, aged separately and then blended.

Passito di Caluso is a rare Italian dessert wine made from grapes left on the vine well past the normal harvest.
