Full Curl is born in the mountains, inspired by the stories of the individuals, both man and beast, who call that rugged country home. Its makers have seen ranges as rugged as the day they were made and valleys as verdant as when their ancestors came, and they have poured out their sweat to see declining species come back. That passion for wild places and the majestic animals that inhabit them is reflected in the brand's name.
It has also led Full Curl to partner with the most effective conservation organizations working on behalf of wild sheep. A portion of the proceeds from every bottle supports wild sheep conservation and the restoration of wild sheep to their native range, so with each sip you become a partner in that work too.
Elysian takes its cue from the Stone sheep, which graze the grasses, sedges and lichens of the high alpine meadows. Infused with juniper berries, this nuanced gin carries a bouquet of fruits of the earth alongside it: citrus peels, star anise, coriander, rose, cucumber and lavender.
The result is bright, citrusy, creamy, silky and lush on the palate. Juniper and citrus lead, rose and lavender lift the nose, cucumber keeps it fresh, and star anise and coriander add a gentle spice to the finish. A soft, floral gin made for long drinks and elegant Martinis alike.
