Fundador Sherry Cask is a Brandy de Jerez Solera from Fundador of Jerez de la Frontera, the house of Pedro Domecq, founded in 1730, bottled at 40% ABV.
Fundador was the first brand to be marketed as 'Brandy de Jerez', in 1874.
It is perfectly aged and finessed in sherry casks using the traditional solera system, in which younger brandies are blended through older ones over time.
The result is a warm amber brandy with oak, vanilla and dried fruit layered with rich sherry notes and a hint of spice.
Smooth and persistent on the palate, it is distilled, matured, blended and bottled in Spain.

How to Enjoy It
Enjoy Fundador Sherry Cask neat in a snifter or over ice after dinner, or with a splash of soda for a long Spanish-style drink. It mixes beautifully: try it in a Sidecar with orange liqueur and lemon, a Brandy Alexander with crème de cacao and cream, or a Spanish Carajillo with hot espresso. Add a splash to sangria for extra depth. Pair it with Manchego, jamón ibérico, Marcona almonds, dried figs and dark chocolate. For a gathering, serve it alongside a board of Spanish cheeses and cured meats. For a gathering, chill the bottle and set out glasses, ice and garnishes so guests can serve themselves. A bottle also makes a thoughtful host gift for a dinner party or the holidays.
