Distilled at Green River Distilling Co., founded in 1885 and aged onsite on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, the wheated mash bill is 70% Kentucky-grown corn, 21% wheat and 9% malted six-row barley. It topped more than 100 contenders in New York, including some of the most renowned wheated bourbons in the industry.
It leads with a beautiful peach and caramel aroma coupled with apricot and cinnamon. Orange peel, apricot and cinnamon are balanced by toffee and pastry on a honeyed, round palate with hints of hazelnut, guiding to a smooth, balanced finish of traditional Kentucky flavor.
