Henebery Spirits honors Matthew Henebery, an Irish immigrant whose spirit of daring lives on in the brand's motto, Dare Maxima Virtus. Jesse Fanning refined the recipe in his honor, and the label celebrates the Spirited Citizens who have raised a glass since 1851.
