High West Bourbon is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys from High West in Park City, Utah, bottled at 92 proof.
The blend uses a variety of high rye mash bills aged at least two years in charred white American oak barrels. Older bottles are labeled American Prairie Bourbon and the whiskey is the same.
A portion of profits benefits the American Prairie Reserve in northeastern Montana.
