Highland Park Cask Strength Robust and Intense No. 3 750ml

Highland Park Cask Strength Release No. 3 is an Orkney single malt bottled straight from the cask at 64.1% ABV, undiluted and without chill filtration.

Most of the whisky matured in first-fill sherry-seasoned American and European oak, with some refill casks, and it uses a higher share of Orkney peated malt than other releases in the series.

The distillery notes charred oak, tropical fruit, aniseed and heather honey, then vanilla cream, violet, sponge cake and peat smoke.
