Highland Park 15 Year Old Viking Heart is an Orkney single malt chosen by master whisky maker Gordon Motion and bottled at 44% ABV.

European oak sherry casks supply a warm, dry spice, American oak sherry casks add vanilla and creme brulee, and a few refill casks bring out the heather peat and light fruit. It launched globally in September 2021.

The bottle is a heavily embossed 700ml ceramic design made with Wade Ceramics, inspired by earthenware once used at the distillery. The official notes describe creme brulee, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, with fresh pineapple and lemon zest.
