Hot Monkey is a pepper-flavored vodka from New Deal Distillery in Portland, Oregon, a hot and smoky craft vodka bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
New Deal Distillery was founded in 2004 and is one of the pioneers of Portland's Distillery Row. Hot Monkey, labeled a mischievous spirit, is one of its best-known bottles, and it won a Gold Medal for flavored vodka at the 2008 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
The vodka is infused with Southwestern-style chili peppers, which give it a golden color, a smoky depth and real, building heat. It is made at New Deal's distillery in Portland.

Hot Monkey was made for spicy cocktails.
