Humboldt Distillery was founded in 2012 by Abe Stevens as Humboldt County's first micro-distillery. Humboldt's Finest was released in 2016, made with domestic hemp grown under the 2014 Farm Bill, and it contains no detectable THC, so it can be sold in all 50 states.
