Reserva de la Familia is the Cuervo family's flagship tequila line, and its Extra Añejo is billed by the brand as the world's first extra-añejo tequila.
Reserva de la Familia was created to commemorate the Cuervo family's 200-year tequila legacy, and its Extra Añejo is billed as the world's first extra-añejo tequila. A 2025 collector's box was designed by Mexican artist Ana Segovia.
The tequila is made from the inner portions of six- to nine-year-old agave piñas, double distilled in copper pot stills, and aged in new American and French oak. It is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
