It is made from pink grapefruit juice, from fruit grown in Israel and Florida, and tastes much like fresh-squeezed juice.

How to Enjoy It
Cartron Pamplemousse Rose makes a superb Paloma: build tequila, a splash of the liqueur and fresh lime over ice and top with soda water and a pinch of salt. It is lovely in a spritz with prosecco and soda, in a gin and tonic with a grapefruit wedge, or in a Hemingway Daiquiri-style drink with rum and lime. On its own, serve it chilled over ice with a sprig of rosemary. For brunch, top it with sparkling wine for a grapefruit mimosa. Pair it with ceviche, seafood salads, goat cheese and summer fruit.
