Black Diamond takes its name and character from the closing song on KISS's 1974 debut album, a song immortalized on one of the world's greatest live albums, KISS Alive. The quality of this master-blended creation is shown in the six internationally recognized awards it received within its first year after launching in October 2020. It is unfiltered to retain the intensity of its character, so some natural cloudiness may appear in the bottle.
The nose is nuanced with a pronounced oak character and distinct tones of dried fruit, butterscotch, arrack, vanilla, orange peel and nuts. The layered palate has restrained sweetness and marked oak, with dried apricot, dates, vanilla fudge, cinnamon and chocolate, finishing slightly spicy and well rounded.
