Kyrö Whisky of Fire Game of Thrones Smoked Rye Malt Whisky 700ml

Kyrö Whisky of Fire is a limited-edition Game of Thrones release from Kyrö Distillery in Finland, bottled at 46.6% ABV.

It is made from 100% smoked malted rye.

The whisky matured in ex-bourbon casks before a finish in rum casks.

Expect toasted rye, apple, spice and delicate smoke on the nose, then sweet grain, blackberry, a touch of menthol and deeper smoke on the palate.

It comes in a gift box printed with a map of Westeros, a collector's piece for Game of Thrones fans. Its companion release is the unsmoked Whisky of Blood.

American rye whiskey is made from a mash of at least 51% rye and aged in new charred oak, giving it a spicier, drier character than bourbon, with notes of pepper, herbs and baking spice.
