La Bay London Dry Gin is an award-winning gin from La Bay Distillerie Californienne in Los Angeles, made with Lebanese juniper berries, spring wild za'atar, figs and California botanicals, bottled at 81 proof (40.5% ABV).
La Bay was founded in 2022 by Lebanese architect and master distiller Shadi Mounir Saroufim, out of a passion for gin, gastronomy and mixology. His quest for the perfect recipe began in Beirut, passed through London and Amsterdam and culminated in Los Angeles, bringing together signature notes of Lebanese juniper, wild za'atar and figs with California botanicals for a globally unique recipe.
A big structure with juniper at the forefront opens into an herbal, savory za'atar mid-palate framed by ripe fig sweetness, with earthy, savory and perfumed notes and a smooth texture and finish.
