La Venenosa Sinergia is a limited raicilla created to celebrate the 15th anniversary of La Venenosa, Espíritus de Jalisco. A post-distillation blend of 1,500 litres, it unites spirits from the producers who made the project possible, and is bottled at 47.6% ABV.
La Venenosa, founded by Esteban Morales, is credited with bringing traditional raicilla, the agave spirit of Jalisco's mountains and coast, to the world. Sinergia, meaning synergy, brings together many agaves and many maestros taberneros: maguey lechuguilla, amarillo, chico aguiar, cenizo gigante, bruto, masparillo, cimarrón and lineño.
Blending spirits from across Jalisco's raicilla regions creates a layered expression that captures the diversity of the category in a single bottle.

Mezcal is made by roasting agave hearts, traditionally in earthen pits, then crushing, fermenting and distilling them, a process that gives the spirit its characteristic smoky depth.
