It marks the brand's first harvest from the state of Guanajuato. La Sabina is a high-elevation ranch surrounded by mountains, with dark, dry, dense soil and huizache, or sweet acacia, trees planted among the agaves, conditions that drive the brand's mineral, terroir-forward character. Each Lágrimas del Valle vintage reflects the qualities of one chosen ranch, a philosophy borrowed from French winemaking.
The oak rest adds polish, with soft vanilla, gentle spice and a touch of toasted depth, without burying the cooked agave core. Expect cooked agave, light oak, vanilla, earthy minerality and hints of caramel.
