LALO Blanco is an additive-free 100% agave tequila from the Highlands of Jalisco, made from just three ingredients and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
LALO was created by Eduardo "Lalo" González, grandson of Don Julio González, and his childhood friend David Carballido, who set out to make a true tequila blanco to share with friends and family in their hometown of Guadalajara. It is made at Grupo Tequilero México (NOM 1468) in Arandas from fully mature Highland agave, deep well water and a proprietary Champagne yeast that brings out floral notes. Nothing is added and nothing is unnecessary: the brand makes only a blanco and carries Verified Additive Free status, letting the agave speak for itself.
Crisp and bright, it offers clean cooked agave with citrus and gentle floral notes and a smooth, refreshing finish.

Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.
