Martin Miller's Westbourne Strength is a higher-proof dry gin distilled in traditional copper pot stills in England and brought to 90.4 proof (45.2% ABV) with pure Icelandic spring water.
Martin Miller's is handcrafted in very small batches using two separate distillations: one after macerating the spices and earthy roots, the other with just the citrus peels. The two are blended, a cucumber distillate is added, and the gin is shipped to Borgarnes on Iceland's remote west coast, where it is cut with water from the Selyri Spring for a marriage of softness and clarity.
Westbourne Strength turns up the intensity. It has a structured citrus and juniper core with cucumber freshness and warm spice; a light cucumber aroma opens into cucumber and juniper on the palate, finishing smooth and brisk with nutmeg and coriander.

How to Enjoy It
Made for a classic Martini, where it holds up against dry vermouth. In a Negroni the juniper and spice stand up to the bitter, and it makes an elevated Gin & Tonic.
