Nosotros Blanco is an additive-free, 100% blue Weber agave tequila made in small batches at NOM 1621 in Jalisco from a blend of Highland and Lowland agave, bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
Nosotros blends two agave regions, roughly half and half, to create a profile that is both complex and delicious. Highland agaves give it a sweet, citrus introduction, while Lowland agaves bring an herbal finish. Nosotros Blanco was named Best Tequila of the Show and won a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Citrus and sweet cooked agave open the glass, moving through a clean, herbal middle into a warm, peppery finish. It is perfect for sipping or for premium craft cocktails.

Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
