Nueveuno Añejo Artesanal is an organic, 100% blue Weber agave tequila from Jalisco, rested up to 18 months in American oak barrels and bottled at 40% ABV.
It emphasises artisanal craftsmanship and organic production, and is traditionally crafted in search of the authentic taste of tequila.
It pours an intense amber with golden hues, bright, clean and full-bodied. The aroma brings delicate orange peel, vanilla, caramel, cinnamon and cloves, with ripe banana, mango preserves, maple and cappuccino coffee over delicate cooked and raw agave. The taste is sweet and powerful, confirming the aromas of vanilla, caramel, cappuccino and fruit, and it is very long-lasting.

Añejo tequila is aged between one and three years in oak barrels of no more than 600 litres, long enough to add colour, sweetness and spice while keeping the character of the agave, which makes it a natural sipping tequila.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
