The Outdoor Whiskey series are traditional American bourbons and ryes created in and inspired by the legendary outdoors of the Pacific Northwest, aged and finished in Idaho's Treasure Valley, known for fertile soils and fruit-growing weather. Woods, the second expression in the series, starts with a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley. After two years in new oak, the whiskey undergoes a 100-day finishing process with charred branches of pear and peach wood from local orchards, adding natural sweetness and complexity without additives.
