The range explores four sides of the coast, Seaside, Bouquet, Citrus and Deep Umami, all built on a fresh, clean, classic dry-style gin with a smooth, refreshing taste crafted for cocktails.
Bouquet is the range's floral expression. Its eleven botanicals bring juniper together with Sonoma lavender and elderflower, giving a gin that is light and bright rather than heavy, with a malty, brisk backbone that keeps it crisp in a cocktail.
Expect a delicate floral nose of lavender and elderflower over juniper, a light, fresh palate with gentle citrus and soft herbal notes, and a clean, refreshing finish. The rose-tinted bottle makes it a lovely gift for any gin lover.
Enjoy it in a Bouquet Spritz: shake 1.5 oz of Bouquet Gin with 0.5 oz each of simple syrup and lemon juice, strain over ice, and top with 2 oz of sparkling wine and a spiral of lemon peel. Prosecco works beautifully as the sparkling wine. Bouquet is also delicious in a G.E.T, gin with elderflower and tonic, where the floral notes bloom.
