PaQuí Reposado is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, lightly aged four months in American oak and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
The agave is picked at 25 to 26 Brix, a high sugar level, and the reposado is built on the PaQuí Silvera base. What makes it unique is that the wood does not dominate like so many competing reposados: oak and agave are in beautiful balance, reflecting the pure agave of the silver.
Fresh, savory and light on its feet, it shows florals, soft spice, white tea and vanilla on the nose, with soft vanilla and custard from the subtle oak. The palate balances fruit, florals and spice with earthy tones and a touch of clove, mint and bay leaf, clean and crisp with delicate finesse. Wine Enthusiast rated it 93 points.

Reposado, meaning rested, is tequila aged between two months and a year in oak, which gives it a pale gold colour and a gentle touch of wood while keeping the agave bright and lively.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
