Redbreast 15 Year Old is a single pot still Irish whiskey made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills and bottled at 46% ABV.

It balances first-fill and refill casks, roughly half ex-bourbon and half ex-sherry, with additional maturation to amplify the flavors.

The notes are orange blossom, thyme, cedar and cherry on the nose, and brown sugar, baked apricot, orange, vanilla and warming spice on the palate.
