On the nose, overwhelming aromas of fresh lime, honey and cane flower are balanced with more savory vegetal notes and a beautiful expression of anise that is unique to Rhum J.M. The palate is round and sweet, with honey and cane flower shining through, and the stewed banana and grilled pineapple that are the signature of Rhum J.M are ever present, along with unmistakable vegetal and mineral undertones. Oily lime zest and anise balance a chalky earthiness.
