Ritual Zero Proof is a Chicago company founded by three longtime friends, and it was the first American-made spirit alternative to use all-natural botanicals to echo the taste, smell and burn of liquor. It is crafted with high-quality ingredients and natural botanical flavors to deliver the grassy flavor, smoky aroma and bright fire of traditional tequila. The label lists blue agave flower, Mexican lime, tropical guava, cracked sea salt, charred oak, mesquite smoke, black peppercorn, capsicum fruit, prickly ash and green bell pepper among its flavor notes. It contains virtually no calories, with only about two calories of sugar per serving.
