Rock Town Bourbon Cream is a small batch, hand crafted cream liqueur from Rock Town Distillery in Little Rock, a rich, sweet blend of cream and the distillery's own Arkansas bourbon whiskey, bottled at 34 proof (17% ABV).
Rock Town Distillery was founded in downtown Little Rock by Phil Brandon and made Arkansas' first ever bourbon whiskey. Everything is milled, mashed, fermented, distilled and aged at the distillery from local Arkansas grain, and its Bourbon Cream brings that bourbon into a dessert liqueur.
Rock Town bourbon is double distilled from Arkansas corn, wheat and malted barley and aged in new charred oak barrels coopered in Arkansas. For Bourbon Cream, it is blended with rich cream for a smooth, velvety liqueur, handcrafted in Little Rock.
Expect sweet cream, vanilla and caramel on the nose, a rich, silky palate of butterscotch and toasted oak from the bourbon, and a smooth, warming finish.
Rock Town Bourbon Cream is great neat, on the rocks or in hot coffee. Pour it over vanilla or butter pecan ice cream, shake it with cold brew for a creamy coffee cocktail, or stir it into hot chocolate on a cold night. It also makes a rich bourbon White Russian with vodka and coffee liqueur, and a decadent holiday eggnog. Pair it with pecan pie, bread pudding, brownies, cinnamon rolls or a cheese board with aged gouda. Keep it refrigerated after opening and shake before serving. The dark bottle and vintage label make it a great gift for bourbon lovers with a sweet tooth and anyone proud of Arkansas craft spirits.
