Ron Zacapa Edición Negra is a Guatemalan rum made from the first press of sugar cane, aged high above the clouds and bottled at 40% ABV.
It is matured by the solera method in former bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, with a final period in heavily charred American oak.
The result is a smoky, fruity rum with chocolate and dried fruit.
