The nose offers subtle citrus and cooked maguey. It is crystalline with medium legs, and the taste brings clear mandarin, lime and orange notes with a touch of mint and spearmint over a balanced, gentle smoke.

Mezcal is made by roasting agave hearts, traditionally in earthen pits, then crushing, fermenting and distilling them, a process that gives the spirit its characteristic smoky depth.
