Satryna Añejo is a double-barrel 100% blue agave tequila from Jalisco, made from agave nurtured for 12 years and bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof).
It matures first in French oak casks and then in American oak, for about two years in all.
It shows dark chocolate, charred agave, toasted almonds, floral honey and vanilla.
The black bottle and matching collector's box pay tribute to Día de los Muertos, and the bottle is topped with a metal skull cap based on an original design by craftsmen from Oaxaca.
Satryna marks this añejo as hand crafted and limited. With its sugar-skull artwork and rose-gold skull stopper, it is a dramatic gift and a rich, layered sipping tequila.
