Founder Ben Branson created it to recreate memories of eating freshly picked peas with his grandfather in the fields of his family's farm in Lincolnshire. The name comes from the time it takes to sow, grow and pick the peas.
It is made from six botanicals: peas, hay, spearmint, rosemary, thyme and hops, distilled and blended. There is no juniper, so it is a non-alcoholic spirit rather than a gin.
Peas and hay lead on top, with spearmint, rosemary and thyme forming an herbal base, and hops adding a bitter, peppery, citrus-like edge.
