Select Club Pecan Praline is the original pecan praline whisky and the founding member of the Select Club family: a buttery, pecan-forward caramel treat made with natural pecan flavors and aged Canadian whisky, bottled at 70 proof (35% ABV) in a one-liter bottle.
Pralines originated in France and were brought to Louisiana in the 1700s, where pecans were already popular, and the pecan praline was born. Louisiana was also a trading hub for both France and Canada, which made Canadian whisky a natural partner for a pecan praline flavor. Although it is not overly sweet, it has an unforgettable profile and bold aroma, and it won a Double Gold at the 2019 Proof Awards and a Gold Medal at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
The nose is pecan pie, with fresh pecan notes and sweet hints of buttery caramel. On the palate, oak-forward whisky blends with flavors of pecan and caramel for a warm, nutty sweetness.
Straight dessert vibes in a glass.
Inspired by classic Southern pralines, it delivers warm, nutty sweetness without going overboard, and it is smooth, approachable and built for easy drinking, whether as a shot, an after-dinner pour or a splash in sweet cocktails. The Select Club family has since grown to include a Pecan Praline Whisky and Cream Liqueur.
The one-liter bottle is ready for parties and holiday gatherings.
