Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a Sonoma County Cabernet blended from 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Merlot and 1% each of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, bottled at 14.2% ABV.
It was aged 24 months in American oak, half of it new, followed by 14 months in bottle before release.
It shows dark cherry, blackberry and cedar, with rich cassis, plum and cocoa.

How to Enjoy It
Decant for an hour and serve at 16 to 18°C in Bordeaux glasses. Pair it with ribeye, lamb chops, burgers and aged cheddar. Store the bottle on its side in a cool, dark place.
