The gin is a marriage of Vietnam's vast deltas and remote mountains. Traditionally, Vietnamese families celebrate the 1st and 15th of every month by harvesting flowers to decorate altars and perfume homes, and this gin honors that native flora: dragon claw flower, ylang ylang, jasmine, michelia alba (white jade orchid) and pomelo blossom, with heirloom fruits. Beyond juniper sourced from Macedonia, every botanical is locally sourced, and the distillery's purpose is to add value to local agricultural produce.
