Tequila Ocho was the first tequila to name the individual estate, or rancho, its agave came from on every bottle, and each release is dated by vintage to show how terroir and season shape the spirit. Ocho ages in well-used barrels so that even its extra añejo stays agave-forward rather than being dominated by wood.
On the nose come roasted agave, cinnamon, dried fruit and toasted oak. The palate brings caramel, baking spice, vanilla bean, cacao and a hint of citrus peel, and the finish is long, with polished oak and lingering agave.
