Tromba Blanco is a crystal-clear, unaged tequila made from hand-selected 100% blue Weber agave, twice distilled in small batches in Jalisco and completely additive-free, bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
Tromba is Spanish for a powerful rainstorm, named for the intense storms that rejuvenate the agave fields of Jalisco. The brand was created by Master Distiller Marco Cedano, the original master distiller of Don Julio, alongside a group of friends who wanted to share authentically crafted tequila with the world. Today Master Distiller Lilia Quintero, mentored by Cedano, carries the craft forward with hands-on attention at every stage. Tromba also supports the Agave Rewilding Project, aimed at restoring agave habitats in Jalisco.
The aroma brings fresh agave, citrus zest, green apple, mint and light botanical notes with a touch of aniseed. The palate is bright and crisp, with pepper, mint and lightly caramelized pineapple balanced by the sweetness of cooked agave, and the finish is clean, smooth and refreshing with a touch of minerality.

Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
