The Irishman 12 Year Old is a triple-distilled, small-batch single malt Irish whiskey from Walsh Whiskey, made from 100% malted Irish barley and bottled at 43% ABV.
It is aged for twelve years exclusively in first-fill, flame-charred bourbon barrels and bottled without chill filtration to preserve its complexity. Each annual release is limited to around 6,000 bottles.
The nose brings vanilla cream, light toffee, toasted cereal and gentle baking spice. The palate is silky and rich, with honeycomb and roasted notes, true to the traditional, bourbon-cask style of Irish single malt.
