Tierra Noble Cristalino is a blend of the maestro tequilero's rarest reposados, given a third distillation after ageing to become crystal clear, bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
Tierra Noble is made with passion by the Herrera family at La Estacada distillery (NOM 1558) in Jalisco. Rather than simply filtering, the cristalino is distilled a third time after its time in cask, sublimating the attributes of the aged reposados, and gleams of that ageing can still be seen in the glass.
It is crystalline and translucent with light golden gleams, with great adherence in the glass forming tears and legs of great body. The aromas are smooth, ranging from fruity, sweet and citrus orange and grapefruit to cooked agave syrup, light vanilla and cacao, in a perfect balance of wood that does not overshadow the rest. The palate shows harmony and balance, with citrus notes, grapefruit and apricot, fresh, light wood and chocolate, and a good aftertaste.

Reposado, meaning rested, is tequila aged between two months and a year in oak, which gives it a pale gold colour and a gentle touch of wood while keeping the agave bright and lively.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave. Sipping tequila is best enjoyed from a narrow-rimmed glass that concentrates the aromas, at room temperature and without salt or lime, so the character of the agave and the barrel can come through.
