Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco is a perfectly balanced, additive-free blend of 100% blue agave from both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco, made at Agrotequilera de Jalisco (NOM 1523) and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
Named for the Volcán de Tequila, whose eruption 200,000 years ago covered the valley soils with basalt and minerals, Volcán De Mi Tierra combines tradition and innovation to show off each terroir's authentic expression. The Blanco is the first tequila crafted from three different liquid profiles, drawing agave from the earthy Tequila Valley and the mineral-rich highlands, and it is confirmed additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker.
It blends the herbal, citrus and spicy notes of the lowlands with highland fruit such as cherry and pear. Sweet agave combines with delicate grapefruit and a touch of black pepper for a well-balanced finish.
