Warfield Barreled Gin is the distillery's certified organic gin rested for more than six months in ex-bourbon barrels, handcrafted in the mountains of Ketchum, Idaho, and bottled at 87.4 proof (43.68% ABV).
Warfield Distillery & Brewery creates award-winning organic beer and spirits in the heart of the Idaho mountains, using only the highest-quality organic ingredients. Its building in Ketchum has been a fixture of the Werry family since 1936, and homebrewing friends Ben Bradley and Alex Buck turned it into a gastropub and distillery with three copper pot stills, one from Washington State and two from Scotland. At 5,840 feet, the distillery uses pristine, mineral-balanced water from the Wood River. After its time in ex-bourbon barrels, the organic gin takes on an additional dimension of smooth, vanilla-laced barrel character while still capturing the essence of the Idaho wilderness, celebrating botanicals like sage and juniper.
On the nose, bright juniper and spicy clove meld with vanilla and notes of orange peel, anise and sage. The taste is smooth, floral and subtly sweet, with orange blossom, baking spices, pink peppercorn and vanilla bean.

Warfield also distills an organic American whiskey from organic pale and crystal malts in its Scottish-made pot stills, along with organic brandy and vodka, and locally grown Idaho barley gives its spirits a nutty, honeyed richness.
