Warner's Elderflower Gin is a seasonal craft gin made on the Warner family's Falls Farm in Harrington, Northamptonshire, infused with fresh elderflowers hand-picked during their short flowering season each summer, bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
Warner's Distillery was set up in 2012 by Tom Warner on the family farm, in a 200-year-old converted barn in the village of Harrington, and Tom and Tina Warner and their team craft gins with natural, seasonal ingredients and a passion for nature. Inspired by Tom's mum, Adele, this recipe is made once a year: the team head out to the surrounding countryside to hand-pick elderflowers from their farms in Harrington and Rhuallt in North Wales, with around 300 fresh elderflowers in every bottle. The flowers are infused into the award-winning Harrington Dry Gin, then spring water and a little sugar are added. Unlike many elderflower spirits, it uses no synthetic flavorings or extracts.
Soft, floral elderflower leads the nose with hints of lychee and subtle juniper. A lemony zing mixes with the elderflower on a smooth, velvety palate with delicate sweet spice, citrus blossom and a little vanilla.

Because the elderflowers are picked only once a year, each batch captures that summer's harvest, and the gin's richness and gentle sweetness make it a natural for spritzes and long drinks.
