Weber Ranch Vodka is a Texas vodka made exclusively from 100% Blue Weber agave, the same agave used for tequila, distilled first in Jalisco and again in Muenster, Texas, and bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV).
The full name, Weber Ranch 1902, pays homage to Frédéric Albert Constantin Weber, the French botanist who first cataloged Blue Weber agave in 1902 during an expedition to Mexico. The distillery, affectionately called The Ranch, sits on 1902 Weber Ranch Road in the historic North Texas town of Muenster, just north of Dallas. Its motto: Born in Jalisco. Crafted in Texas.
While most vodkas are made from wheat, corn or potato and take months to produce, Weber Ranch starts with agave that matures under the Mexican sun for about seven years. The agave is hand-harvested and distilled in Jalisco to 90 proof, then brought to Muenster, where it is combined with water from the local Trinity Aquifer and distilled again to 190 proof in a proprietary copper pot and column process. Multiple distillation is a slow process that honors the time agave takes to mature and develop its natural sugars. It is naturally gluten-free and verified additive-free, with zero carbs.
Fruity and sweet, it shows fresh agave and tropical fruit, green apple and pineapple with hints of citrus, a well-rounded, velvety mouthfeel and a clean finish.
From Martinis to Margaritas, enjoy it simply with ice, add soda and a squeeze of lime, or let its agave character carry a vodka Paloma.
