All of its flavour is created naturally during the fermentation of the whey and the careful cuts made during distillation, then allowed to blossom through sustainable ageing in upcycled, recoopered oak barrels.
Wheyward handcrafts its spirit sustainably from farm to cask to flask, sourcing from domestic dairies with a focus on upcycling excess whey. The woman-owned company makes Wheyskey grain-free, gluten-free, additive-free and lactose-free.

Upcycling excess whey turns a dairy by-product that is often discarded into a sipping spirit.
