Wild Common Still Strength Blanco is an additive-free, unfiltered 100% blue Weber agave tequila distilled twice to proof and bottled with no water added, at 50% ABV.
Made by master distiller Salvador "Chava" Rosales Trejo at the Cascahuín distillery (NOM 1123) in Jalisco, it is an honest expression of agave with nothing to hide. The team unanimously chose to distil this blanco to 100 proof and leave it uncut, using mature agave cooked in brick ovens, fermented with native yeast and double distilled in copper pot stills.
Clean, bold agave flavours dominate: bright citrus, cinnamon and anise lead the way while a velvety mouthfeel envelops the palate, and the finish is long, warm and complex.
A purist's blanco, it makes a fine gift for agave lovers.

Blanco tequila is bottled unaged or rested for less than two months, so it shows the agave at its purest: bright, peppery and fresh. It is the classic choice for margaritas and palomas, and a good blanco is just as rewarding sipped neat.
Tequila can only be made from blue Weber agave in five designated Mexican states, chiefly Jalisco, and the finest bottlings are made from 100% agave.
