Woodford Reserve Holiday Edition 2026 presents the distillery's flagship Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey in a collectible seasonal bottle, bottled at the classic 90.4 proof (45.2% ABV) in a generous 1-liter format.
The whiskey is produced at the historic Woodford Reserve Distillery in Versailles, Kentucky, where bourbon production on the site dates back to 1812. The 2026 bottle wears custom holiday artwork on its label, made for gifting and winter entertaining, while inside is the same award-winning bourbon known for more than 200 detectable flavor notes.
The nose brings rich dried fruit with mint, orange and cocoa, followed by faint vanilla and tobacco spice. The palate is rounded and smooth, with citrus, cinnamon, cocoa, toffee, caramel, chocolate and warming spice, ending in a silky, long finish.
The festive liter bottle is made to share at seasonal gatherings and to give.
Bourbon must be made in the United States from a mash of at least 51% corn and aged in new charred oak containers, and straight bourbon must be aged at least two years. Those rules give bourbon its characteristic sweetness, with caramel and vanilla drawn from the charred barrels.
The liter bottle holds about a third more than a standard bottle, which makes it ideal for holiday parties.
Each year's holiday bottle carries new artwork, making it a favorite with collectors.
Gift it on its own or pair it with a set of rocks glasses.
