YaVe was founded by Harlem native Joe Cruz Jr., who built countless spirits brands before partnering with one of Mexico's most awarded distilleries to create his own tequila. It blends agave from Jalisco's Highlands and Lowlands, balancing floral highland sweetness with subtle lowland pepper, and is double distilled with pure volcanic water. For the Jalapeño, the peppers are stripped of their seeds and slowly macerated into the blanco, with no added sugars.
