Yellowstone is a bourbon brand with a legacy dating back to 1872, and in the 1960s it was the best-selling bourbon in Kentucky. Today it is made by Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky, under seventh-generation distiller Stephen B. Beam, and Select represents a culmination of seven generations of distilling knowledge.
With a perfect blend of four- and seven-year-old bourbons, Yellowstone Select provides a smooth yet complex flavor that skews toward a classic, traditional bourbon profile.
Rye spice and soft, leathered cherries lead the nose. The palate brings smoked caramel with hints of vanilla and honey, and the finish closes with smoky oak and brown sugar.
